iRIDE WA Advertising

1. No Guarantee

iRIDE WA provides no guarantee to the Buyer of sales as a result of purchasing advertising services.

2. Cancellation & Termination

a) Refunds will not be provided once the advertising service has been provided by iRIDE WA or where cancellation occurs either by iRIDE WA or the Buyer; further 

b) iRIDE WA reserves the right to cancel the advertising services at any time where:

1. disrespectful, defamatory and offensive conduct toward the iRIDE WA brand, owner, or members, in written or verbal form by the Buyer and the Buyer's employees and/ or volunteers engaged by the Buyer to provide a service occurs.
2. it becomes evident during the advertising period that the service being advertised is not available.
3. The event is cancelled by the Buyer.

3. No Relationship

Whilst iRIDE WA may provide access to advertise on various iRIDE WA branded social media and internet platforms, whether owned by iRIDE WA or where a third party platform is contracted by iRIDE WA, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts that no relationship between the Buyer and iRIDE WA other than that of a supplier and customer exists.

4. Advertising Period

iRIDE WA will provide an advertising service as agreed between iRIDE WA and the Buyer for a period of two (2) weeks. Advertising will cease upon the event commencement date as provided by the Buyer. The advertising fee is charged by iRIDE WA on the basis of advertising for one (1) event, and advertising will be no more than three (3) times per week to ensure the balance of content on iRIDE WA platforms is preserved.

5. Limitations

No advertising will be provided by the owner of iRIDE WA, Melinda Honey, unless agreed in writing and the use of the iRIDE WA Registered Trademark brand and/ or it's owner for any promotional purposes that are not approved by iRIDE WA or it's owner will result in instant termination of the Advertising Service and subsequent legal intervention.
