Purchase and use of an iRIDER card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein and the iRIDER card is the property of iRIDE WA and must be returned upon request.  An iRIDER Card shall be considered valid for use by the iRIDE Card Holder where:

The Expiry Date embossed on the iRIDER Card has not been exceeded;

The iRIDER Card has been signed by the iRIDER Card Holder as listed on the iRIDER Card; and

The iRIDER Card has the official signature mark of iRIDE WA on the back of the iRIDER Card.

All iRIDER Benefits are valid until the iRIDER Card Expiry Date and shall automatically expire thereafter.  All benefits are subject to availability, and subject to any conditions/ exclusions an iRIDE WA Preferred Supplier has listed. iRIDE WA Preferred Suppliers are not obligated to provide any Benefits to an iRIDE WA Card Holder that are not listed on the iRIDE WA website as applicable to the iRIDER Program. iRIDE WA Preferred Suppliers maintain freedom of choice as to the offer of any additional Benefits above those listed.

Benefits are not transferable and may be used only by the iRIDER Card Holder upon presentation of their valid iRIDER Card.  Proof of identification may be required by any Supplier for verification at any time. If the validity and/ or ownership of the iRIDER Card cannot be proven at the point of sale, an iRIDE WA Preferred Supplier has right to decline any Benefits whatsoever. Online only stores and/ or transactions that may require iRIDER Card Holder verification by other than physical means, and such cannot or is not provided to the iRIDE WA Preferred Supplier, Benefits may be refused.

Lost or stolen iRIDER Cards must be reported to iRIDE WA.  A processing fee of ten AUD (AUD$10) will be charged for each replacement iRIDER Card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as the iRIDER Card that has been reported as lost.

iRIDE WA may cancel iRIDER Card validity upon failure to register for any iRIDE WA Official Event as required by iRIDE WA, or any riding at an iRIDE WA Official Event considered unsafe, or any other breach of safety protocols or engagement in any behaviour listed as not tolerated as outlined in the event policy during the iRIDE WA Official Event, or mistreatment of any iRIDE WA Supplier and/ or it’s staff, or mistreatment of iRIDE WA itself, and any breach of these terms and conditions and as otherwise determined by iRIDE WA.
